Cannot praise Noel from NW Freight company and his team enough.
We received his recommendation to what was a difficult move for my elderly mother's move from one home to another,which included fifteen years of home memories and baggage. We found Noel compassionate to Mum's request for special care in the move .
The move had to be brought forward due to unsympathetic new owners forcing a necessary change of plans and date, this caused stress on the family,however Noel change his movements to provide the services on the revised date without fuss and the eventual move was completed without further stress on the family. Honest, caring family run company, value for money and the service provided impeccable with follow up telephone calls ensuring all was to our expectations,now after the event very easy to say Noel and his team (including BJ and Fran) easily exceeded these expectations .
