I have found RAW, the technique Chris uses, a fantastic way of releasing my negative thought patterns. Chris did a balance focusing on my bad eating, drinking and sleeping patterns, my former habits have stopped, not because I have the 'will power' to decide not to continue my habits, but that I just didn't have the thought in the first place. The words 'easy' and 'freedom' spring to mind. I can now get on with the things that are important to me. Thank you soooooooo much Chris.

I'd been looking for a 'real' pizza, one with real taste and little fat. I found it. Fabulous range of 'different' toppings. I've tried several and never been disappointed. The staff are all helpful and friendly, even the young casuals. I usually pick-up but they also deliver and the pizzas always arrive hot. Love these pizzas.

I was sooooooo pleased with my tan. It was natural looking and lasted much longer than I expected, great for my holiday. Jackie was charming and professional. I visited her salon at home but she is also mobile. I'll never go back to the cheap spray booths or orange coloured lotions again.

Katrina the hostess is the most energised and imaginative lady. The 'Parlour' is perfectly decorated and thrills every little Princess and Mummy. My children and friends really enjoyed the whole experience and I was delighted that it was very much age related and a new experience for the perfect 'easy' party.
