Do not take your pets here if you value their life!!!
My cat was two years old and was diagnosed by Advanced vet care as having an autoimmune disease that was attacking his kidneys.
He spent a week in their care and I was provided a script on discharge for Mycophenolate with no further support in obtaining the medication as it needed to be compounded into a smaller dose. A week later he was back in for another week to stabilise him. I finally found the medication and had it compounded within a day. No thanks to advanced vet care!!
The medication was given to him too late and he died.
The behaviour of the vet and staff including the on the day he died was disgusting and disgraceful!! We ended up having a very heated discussion about how the vet starts at 6.am and only noticed that he was unresponsive at 8.30 am. He was in the icu so his deterioration should have been picked up earlier. There is more to this event but one thing that stuck out is their desperation for money. Advanced Vet Care made a point of saying that we could not take his body until we settled our account. I spent over 20k so maybe a little time to grieve for my poor baby would have helped.
In a nutshell, stay away from this place if you value your pets life!!
