A friend introduced me to Aliento last year and I have been going regularly ever since. It takes me half an hour to get there but when I walk in the door I feel like I am in a day spa. The staff are welcoming, there is lovely, relaxing perfumed oils around, and there is always a variety of music. The Shapemaster machines act like pilates exercise and I have found that I am much stronger in my core muscles and my flexibility has improved. I even have a waist now. My hips haven't ached for months! The hypervibe really gets the circulation going and I am sure helps dissolve some of the fat cells! I really enjoy the virasaun - so relaxing yet healthy.......... I would definitely recommend Aliento to all who ask.
