He has a great enthusiasm for his craft - and clearly has the technique and skill to deliver upon that passion. Importantly, he also demonstrated a really impressive customer focus - working with me to ensure that he could deliver the finished result in time for my impending function.
He was happy to explain the techniques that he would use to tailor my dinner suit to present my body shape in the most favourable light and he seemed genuinely concerned that I should get the very best possible outcome from his efforts.
The cost of the suit was miniscule in comparison too the $1,000,000 look after Tony worked his magic!
