Ordering process was great, I liked to be able to 'build my trampoline' and also liked the size pictures with the little jumping boy :) very helpful when trying to choose. Only bad thing was that that reference number was too big to enter in the reference field for bank transfer on my bank's website. The kids are enjoying their new toy (as are Mum, Dad and most of the neighbourhood!) Can't wait til its warm enough to camp out with the tent.
