I researched prices and brands for many months, before deciding to purchase from Luggage Direct again. Although I was a return customer (and previously very happy with my other purchases), I still wanted to ensure I was getting the best deal. Once again, Luggage Direct had the best prices for quality luggage. Also, they provided speedy delivery of my luggage and sent me courtesy emails, to let me know the progress of my purchase. I have recommended this business to my family and friends and will definitely purchase from them again. (Although I ended up buying online, if you live in Brisbane, it's also worth visiting their store in person - they offer great customer service, as well as a huge selection of luggage and accessories. It was great to check out the different luggage brands in person, before making my final purchase decision).
