The service is nothing but excellent. There was a mistake with the shipping partly due to my fault but Tara immediately send me a new piece. I just love my cotton candy mei tai. I received it yesterday, it was a bit big for my baby for now...(it's a good wrap till she grows older). But more than the product, I can say that the service is really excellent. I even got a freebie tea, with instructions as well on how to breakin the wrap. Overall, I will recommend them to all my friends who is interested in babywearing.
