Training on the Rooftop of Dreams (TM) was an absolute blast, both as a regular member for 2.5 years, as well as more recently as a dropping-in athlete.

The community is tight-knit, and incredibly welcoming to guests and new members alike. It's said a lot about CrossFit boxes but at CBD especially, everyone really supports one another, cheering people on and celebrating milestones as though they were their own.

The coaches are also amazing - winning the Evolutio Coach of the Year award in 2014! Karl and Susan as head coaches really know how to get the best out of each member, and have also done amazing work bringing in new coaches both from within the member base and from outside.

I always look forward to my next workout with the CBD crew.

After 2.5 years of training at another CrossFit box, I was worried that I'd not find another box with the same quality community and coaching. After 4 months at Brunswick East CrossFit, I can safely say I shouldn't have worried at all.

The coaching and facilities are top-notch, catering to beginner CrossFitters through to advanced weightlifters/gymnasts without leaving anybody behind.
