Pretty expensive and a bit salesman techniques during first call out. It cost me $1600 to replace two room fans and an extractor fan. Work took about 4 hrs including pick up of new fans. Cost of fans was less than $400, which means their hourly rates are around $300 an hour. Was told I would receive an itemised breakdown invoice by email, but actually received a one line invoice for about 20% of the amount I paid, which seems somewhat suspicious.
