Rocell has the most wonderful showroom and I found beautiful Spanish tiles for my kitchen splash back which were surprisingly affordable. Mim and Lisa provide you with outstanding customer service, and both were fantastic when I needed an extra box of tiles at short notice. Very highly recommended.

This group are absolutely terrible. They hire inexperienced international backpackers (mine were young german boys) who struggle to decide how to lift anything hence taking forever to move anything safely. When I rang [Redacted identifying comment] to complain (during the moving process) she just wanted to know if I could afford the extended move timeline (due to the slowness and inefficiency) and when I said this wasn't about money but about the nightmare customer experience, she said she wouldn't let the boys complete the move that day until my 'first' bill was paid and then would 'let' them come back the next day to finish moving things. Seriously. She stopped the move to make sure I paid the bill (and made sure the boys hung on to my children's furniture in the truck until I paid $1688 using my credit card), and I never had them back as they had broken my dining table glass top (sorry, sorry, we are sorry), and also damaged my handmade timber bed (discovered when we tried to reassemble it). I"m still uncovering damaged goods today. Seriously, DO NOT let these people near your home or precious goods. [Redacted identifying comment] is a nightmare and has no interest in resolving your issues when she has your people on site. She doesn't even pretend to care. When I reported the poor performance she complained I refused to accept an extra truck and 2 more movers to my moving house. Seriously? Pay twice to pack up a single fronted, semi detached home due to her staff issues? The boys were so relaxed I even had a 'visitor' at the new home site delivering pizza and coke for them at 5pm. They didn't even ask me if this was ok given we still had half a truck to SLOWLY unload. DON'T USE THIS GROUP EVER.

The best quality seafood prepared at the highest level. The chips, potato cakes and condiments are perfection too. My all time new favourite. Beautiful homemade dim sims too. 10/10

My hairdresser has moved back overseas and I needed a quick haircut. Casaellie Hair Design fit me in within hours of my call. The salon is very well run, clean and relaxed and I'm very happy with my hair. The staff are friendly and professional and I will definitely be back. Priced right too!

Avril and her team work brilliantly together to deliver a seamless service. During my painting project Avril and Jay were able to accommodate additional work in the same week when it wasn't in scope originally. Our painter Berni was a total professional and incredibly calm even with an occasional audience of 2 children under 4. The finished result is excellent and my home is on the market in time for Spring. Will definitely be using again. 10/10.

Dylan is a true professional who genuinely understands 'roofing'. He is also honest, hardworking, focussed, and takes great pride in his work. Dylan cleaned and painted our corrugated iron roof (100 year old house). It has never looked better. Highly recommended!

My father's heating just stopped working. Luke recommended someone to check dad's thermostat first so we wouldn't be spending unnecessary time and money checking the heater. The guy he recommended (Julius) came the same day after a long list of appointments and was fantastic. It turned out to be the pilot light in the roof that had failed and Julius fixed it on the spot (replacement part). I highly recommend Zabs Plumbing. Luke was very responsive, followed up and was conscious of cost and efficiency. 10 out of 10 Zabs Plumbing.

Family friendly (and student friendly) restaurant. Seems to get better as they go along. They have come up with some real value meal options and some evenings have wonderful specials like 'parma' night where the chicken takes up over half the plate. They also have beautiful, very affordable pizza, and I can highly recommend their recently added Paella. Lots of seafood and not too spicy. Great service from a family run business makes it an easy choice for our crew.

We booked a table for a birthday lunch on a Sunday. Absolutely beautiful food with outstanding service. We had 2 children under 4 with us and the waiter was attentive and great with the kids. All our food including desserts were of a very high standard at a fair price. I'm looking forward to going back as I haven't stopped thinking about their Spaghetti Marinara all week. It was THAT good.

My dog was recovering from a knee reconstruction at another vet when he started coughing up a bit of blood 2 weeks later. The vet recommended this surgery due to it being late in the day and they were very responsive and professional. The diagnosis was stomach ulcers due to some of the post operative meds, and we now have a treatment plan and an option to come back in 2 days if there isn't sufficient improvement. I highly recommend this centre.
