I went to a forum in Melbourne, it was not pushy and no big sales pitch which was a big suprise for me, i have been to others recently and they all wanted me to sign up on the night. The information was very good although there were a lot of topics discussed, many too many. Question time would be good as well.
I met with one of their agents about the loan they discussed at the forum about helping a relative buy their first home with no deposit, i had never heard of that but now we are looking into it.
