Lovely staff and great products. They fit your for your bra, and order something in if they havent got it. They are also really handy when it comes to mothers day and your not sure what to get they can do gift vouchers and their hand gift wrapped makes it look so pretty. Good assortment of sizes and all the top brands.

Depending on what time of day or night you use this service can depend on the attitude of the staff. Night time you can occassionally get a nice driver who is happy to chat and ask about your night, but usually they just grouch asking what your address is and telling you how much your fare was. I have also had once experience where the driver was texting on his phone and we asked him to stop. He got very irritated. The taxis are clean and arrive within a reasonable time. Call out fees must be up to the driver though as these vary by up to $2, not much but still not very fare.

Each time i have visited it has been a pleasant experience. All the cinemas are clean, the staff are nice and the price is competitive with other cinemas. There has only been one occassion when i was left a little dissapointed, it was towards the end of a movies screening and because there werent enough people who bought tickets on the day they decided to change it to the smaller cinema, this cinema is flat not raised so you cant see over people infront, leaving you awkward trying to see the movie. Other then that its always been fine.

Purchasing a new car is a big deal, so you expect to be treated fairly. Lancaster were rude from the start. They offered a horrendous price for trade in, they were unhelpful when we were deciding which model to choose and were even more rude when we didnt go through their finance company. The price we managed to get for trade in and the purchase of the new car was quite comparitive and basically the only reason we did decide to go ahead with them. Once the order was submitted we heard no feeback or updates from them. After 6 months of asking and constantly being told 'were not sure when your car will arrive' we were about to cancel our purchase. They rang us the next day and informed us that our car was approx 2wks away from delivery. All up it took 9 months from order to arrival. Their after purchase service is just as bad. Their mechanics charged for work that we hadnt asked for, and at a very high price. We went with them for the first complimentary service and once after then so we can hold onto our new car warranty but never again.

We had april as our wedding photographer and she captured memories that will last a lifetime. She has an eye for detail and the proof is in the photos. She is so personable and she just fits right in like one of the family when she is there. She travels throughout the hunter valley and newcastle areas and her packages are very reasonable priced. It was raining the morning of our wedding and as a nervous bride this is the last thing you want. But April managed to get some of the most spectacular shots, from the raindrops on the umbrellas, then when the rain finally cleared she got pictures of a mixed sky with the sun coming behind the clouds and puddles of water still on the ground.

Bec's cakes made my wedding cake and it was everything i could imaging. The service of the staff from the moment your in their shop to the final day of delivery is great. You tell them your idea and they run with it, or if your not sure they talk you through it giving you endless options to find the right one for your taste. We had a 2 tier cake, one layer way choc mud, the other was white choc and the outside layered with white choc shards. Excellent attention to detail and great value for money

I got given a voucher for a full body massage and as i had never been to chateau elan before was very excited. As i drove up the driveway i was suprised at how luxurious the property was. I walked through a courtyard that looked like it had been their for hundreds of years and out the back to the beauty salon. The lady got me to fill in a form with my personal details, my skin type, concerns etc and then how i wanted my treatment- firm, med, soft and how much talking etc. I am normally a bit of a budgeter when it comes to beauty treatments to having something so elaborate made me a bit anxious but the lady made me feel completely comfortable. The treatment was very tranquil and her service exceptional. For me personally the smaller treatments would be more in my price range and i would definately go back.

My family and i have stayed here twice now during off peak holidays, each time staying in an 2 bedroom apartment. This is perfect as you can have the kids down one end the mum n dad can have peace and quite. It has an complete kitchen which is great when your staying a few days at a time and dont feel like takeout everynight. Its really nice to walk out on your balcony and see the sun setting. You are very central to everything-short drive to the mall, in walking distance to the shops and resteraunts, and just across the road is the breakwall which you can stroll down and see all the artwork people have done on the rocks and a park their too. The undercover parking is really handy too. Only bad thing i would say is the birds at sunset and sunrise. You either need to make sure you are a really heavy sleeper or have the doors/windows and curtains shut tight as it is as loud as a jumbo jet screaching.

A personal favourite of mine and my husbands. We are both lovers of seafood and we make it a yearly event to go to Scratchleys. Usually timing it around our wedding anniversary. I am not one who usually likes to order the same thing when i go somewhere, but for scratchleys i make an exception as their cold seafood platter is second to none. I have asked them before for their recipe for the pesto on their grilled seafood but they wouldnt share.. damn.
Hubby and i usually fight over the balmain bugs, which are cooked to perfection. I always take the oysters as he doesnt like them. It looks like a peice of art when they bring it to the table, stacked high with fresh fruit and prawns. The service has always been quick and they are very professional when it comes to knowledge of wine matching etc.

Best fish n chips in town! This hotel has all the right things for a great meal. The atmosphere here on a lazy sunday arvo is wonderful. Hanging out drinking a few beers and eating some yummy fish n chips is top of my list when i visit. It has the real comfy beach vibe about it but your in comfort enjoying the view.
