Sugar heaven...this place is like a modern Willy Wonkas workshop. In a very tranquil country setting you could literally spend all day here and still not have tried everything or ever want to leave. The food is beyond any expectation you could dream and the couple who own the place are so friendly they make you feel as though you are at their own home. I have been here on several occasions and the menu is constantly changing with the seasonal produce. My personal favourite so far would have to be their tasting plate. They even have cheese platters if you are with a group of people and some arent the biggest sweet tooth. The only negative i would say it that their is just too many choices, haha.

Bliss- the name says it all. As a regular client of this salon i would say it would be one of the best in the hunter valley. The staff are amazing and always go above and beyond even to the point where they have minded my child whilst i have a mini pedi and only charged me an extra few dollars ontop of my package. The treatment they have available are tailored to suit your needs and booking has always been a breeze. The lotions they use are very high class and everytime i have been their has been a 'complimentary' of some sort. Be that a complimentary eye mask, hand massage or the like.

If your looking for a cheap meal that has a 'homely' feel to it then this is the place. They do lunchtime meals during the week for just $7! and on the weekend they are $10, still very cheap. Their mash is so smooth and rich you almost could eat it with a straw. Think of your typical pub grub of bangers n mash, rissoles, snitzel etc this is the menu style. Great value for money when your passing through.

The quality and service are second to none. The staff go out of their way to treat you with high quality service. This is certainly a place to take someone for a special occassion or celebration and is a fine dining type of exerience. Think masterchef style food with the price tag to match. It is wonderful food, wine and even their cocktails are great, but comes at a nice little price by the end of the night.

Pancakes for dinner is an odd thought, but then you see the menu and it gets you thinking of all the possibilities. There are so many choices you just cant choose one. As a family we decided the best way was to order a couple and then share to see which we liked. Of coarse the kids liked the sweeter ones but they were all delish.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING! This is a great family day out. The sun was shining, the strawberries were out in full and the bucket just kept getting fuller. Being able to pick your own fruit is the best feeling. Only thing better is knowing that you can go right next door to their cafe and order knowing its come right from their. Would suggest that you get in early to avoid disappointment as it was extremely busy the weekend we visited.

The cinema is in very bad shape. The seats have a dirty feel to them, the padding on the seats is worn, and some of the headrest on the seats have been that abused they are curled over, so when you are sitting in them your neck is crunched over. The prices at their candy bar are a bot over the top. On the other hand the staff are friendly.

We had a staff christmas party here and it was great, very friendly staff and the food was lovely. The resteraunt was a little bit echo-ey because of the concrete floor but other then that the atmosphere was great. The time from when we ordered till we received was a reasonable ammount considering how many of us there were (20). But i would say that in future it would be better suited to smaller groups or couples.

If you are a meat lover then the impy steakhouse is a must. They do a massive mixed grill, so big you can hardly finish it unless you have a massive appetite. Its loaded with steak, the tastiest ribs youve seen, sausage, chips, salad.. They also have lots of other tasty items on the menu. Its a great family environment with a play area out the back for kids. They get quite busy, and most of the staff are very nice but occassionally you might get a bit of a grumpy one. Overall great price & variety.

Salons can tend to be quite pricey, but this salon is very reasonable. Its quite an intimate feeling salon by the size but the staff are very bubbly and take to time to make you feel important. I love their head massages after they have freshly washed your hair and they have great trading hours too which suits me and would suit alot of other workers.
