This place is fantastic. We love the meat the steak comes out perfect everytime. The pricing is a little high but well worth the difference from other butchers. The staff are always smiling happy and great! They dont rush you if your still looking at what you want to get.

Great butchers have only been here once. Lovely friendly service. The meat was lovely and not chewy at all. A friend recommended them. The shop didnt smell like a butchers either which is a bonus.

My work was having a BBQ and i was told to go and collect the meat from this butcher. The meat was lovely. The staff were very polite as the other reviewer said the schnitzels are great. The butcher already had the other ready from when they got the phone order so no worrying about having to choose all the meats.!
I look forward to getting some meat from here for christmas.

This place is great. The customer service is the best i have had for a long time. The meat taste fresh and is fresh (Big bonus) They always go an extra mile to help their customers. The meat and chicken are always priced well. I also like how they have a lot of variety of different types of meats. There has been times where i have wanted to try something different and they have always took their time to explain how the cut of meat or chicken should be cooked.

We have brought our meat here a number of times. The staff are lovely dont mind having a laugh with you. The carpark is a nightmare i have seen a few accidents while going in or out of the store. The meat was nice same with the frozen fresh fish but it has gone down hill. The meat has been all fat and tough to chew even with expensive cuts of meat. The pricing has gone up. I would try again but the car park just turns me off going to this store also not knowing what type of meat you will get as certain days and times we have found the meat to be good but others not so good.

We rented a property through ballarat real estate and never again would i go through ballarat real estate. we moved in and was never told the house was on the market for sale nor was it on any websites stating it was for sale. When we had problems with the house the communication was poor all of a sudden the repairman would just turn up unexpected. Things were breaking in the house as in piping underground so water and waste was going all over the place at the side of the house it took them 6 weeks to repair it and because the owner of the place was best friends with our propery manager we was always brushed off. When we was in the process of moving in Ballarat real estate gave out our spare key to another realestate with out our permission and let all these people come through that were looking at buying to which when they left the property they left the whole property unlocked.!

Best bakery in ballarat. I had lunch here once and it was lovely. Best pies i had tried and the vanilla slice was so yummy. The staff are always happy and take there time when your ordering and not sure what you want.
I highly recommend and price is great as well.

I love the toasted sandwichs. and their coffee is nice and doesnt taste burnt. the staff always seem to be happy and bubbly. the pricing seems inline with everywhere else.

I love this place. I just love pancakes with yummy wipped butter. Only problem is the stairs are a nightmare to go up and down with young child or a pram. I wish they had some sort of lift. Not because i am lazy i have seen parents have a hard time getting up the stairs with prams and children. I have even seen people turned away with a wheelchair because all the lower floor is full and they wont get up the stairs.
Do highly recommend them due to the pancakes and wipped butter.

The pricing could slightly be improved.
