Georgia gave exceptional customer service, I'm not an expert on rings but she took the time to explain and go through the type of designs they had on offer. It was great to be assisted by someone who's first priority wasn't to take my money but to get to know us in order to find the perfect design that would suit my girlfriend.

Once the ring was purchased Georgia was extremely informative about insurance, re sizing and the care needed to look after the ring. Nothing was too much hassle, and she constantly kept in touch informing us to when the ring had arrived in store and to insure all the correct paperwork was filled out. I will definitely be returning in the near future and will be recommending Diamonds International at Indooroopilly to all my friends and colleagues.
