My new Italian Greyhound (IG) had toilet training issues and was extremely nervous of people. Not only did Penny's method of training resolve a lot of issues with the IG, but also resolved many issues with my crazy Jack Russell (JR). My JR was a nightmare to take for a walk, as he pulls on the lead, tries to attack passer's by, jumps on people and is extremely anxious. I have had two other dog trainers in the past, but Penny is by far the best and most successful dog trainer I have ever had. Visitors notice the change in the JR and IG immediately, as they are no longer hassled. Taking the dogs for a walk is much more pleasurable and the IG now uses the doggy door to do her business. I couldn't recommend Penny highly enough. I am an animal lover and Penny's method is 100% cruelty free.
