They're more than happy to take your money and not deliver on goods as described or help at the slightest hint of a problem... *Dishonest* My bf ordered an alkastream from this place listed on ebay and the unit came incomplete without the vital part - The filter!
Then when brought to attention, no care was given - waste of money, Thank you.
