Well positioned medical centre that offers bulk-billing to its clients. Service has been 'automated' in that you check yourself in when you go to the centre. This modernisation may mean some loss of real time customer service skills, especially amongst younger staff members. Regardless, the doctors are thorough and pathology services are on site which is very handy.

The staff here are well trained in customer service! In fact, they are the draw card! I really appreciate how they make an effort to answer your queries and if they can't answer them, they will find someone who does. I've sought help regarding refinancing my mortgage, creating business accounts and worked with Joy as well as others who have been super amazing in their service.

This little restaurant is quaint. It's not very spacious though. You'll definitely have to book since it's quite popular. You can dine in or take away. Very reasonably priced.

Great Malaysian food for the price. My sons are addicted to it though so I'm wondering if there's MSG in the food. None-the-less, the freshly made flat bread is a treat with curry and the meal portions are generous. The only thing that I would add to challenge the set up is - why don't they offer a fresh raw salad? In summer you may not want to eat all that hot food...

My boys took me here for Mother's Day and I loved it! I tried a tumeric latte there for the first time and found it a delight. I like the various items on the menu - especially the salads. The atmosphere is friendly, it's convenient to get to and the staff are very attentive.

The centre has been renovated, it's well looked after and very spacious. It's also well equipped. I like the fact that you can be a member and have access to the pool and gym as well as various classes. Customer service which can be improved. Given the numbers of people in and out the door on a daily basis though, that may be challenging for some. A smile works wonders in my book.

I've always been greeted kindly by the staff at this medical centre. It's always abuzz with activity. Sometimes you may have to wait a little longer than your appointment time so prepare yourself by bringing in a good book - or kindle. My boys and I loved to see Dr Katy Abraham but there are other several doctors there who are generous with there advice.

My sons and I wanted to try something different and we ended up at Shingle Inn today. Payman welcomed me and I was happy to note several gluten free sweets. My sons said that the chips were really delicious and crunchy and their club sandwich surprisingly full with a salad on the side. I ordered a gluten free muffin and was given ice-cream on the side to enjoy. Wow! My day indeed! Nice venue, also has newspapers to read. You can choose to dine in for privacy or outside. Seating is very comfortable too.

Wonderful studio to learn so many dance styles. I tried Ballroom, Latin as well as New Vogue. The staff are all incredibly friendly and if you're a single lady don't worry...there are men to partner with. In all there are approximately 50 people dancing and they operate Wednesdays as well as Fridays. You can also take lessons to get awarded medals depending on your goals. They've got a variety of events throughout the year. It's definitely worth a try.

This is the main health food store for the Doncaster area. I know that there are others in Doncaster East and Box-Hill but this is too handy given that it's located in Westfield. Great variety of health food and products. Very small space to move around. They do have a 20% off everything on the first Tuesday of every month. I have spent literally thousands there. Am not too impressed with the service. It depends who is serving. Once I forgot about the Tuesday sale and bought close to $200 worth of items on a Monday and the staff member didn't tell me! Just got a text a few hours later.
