We would like to thank Martin from BPI for his prompt and professional service. As retirees and purchasing a house after living in a unit for some time this was all new to us. After Martin finding an issue with water seepage and explaining thoroughly to us the long term effects on the property we were able to have a small deduction on the purchase price. The report was not enough for us to pull out of the contract but certainly put us in the total picture as to the property we were hoping to buy.
