I cannot recommend Gary and the Goodyear Boronia team highly enough. I recently had the unenviable experience of having to ring Gary following my car breaking down on the monash. I was able to drop my car there that night for them to have a look at, which they did without issue. They took the time to work out what was going on with my car, and spoke to me in lamens terms and recommended a plan of action to fix the car that had be back on the road within 48 hours, with what feels like a very old brand new car. Recently I did the Pasta Making class here. I had a ball, the couple who run this are extremely knowledgable and very open with tips and tricks for getting the most out of your pasta making and overall experience in italian cooking from their region. The helpers on the day were equally enthusiastic in ensuring not only did you learn what you need and want to learn, but also ensure you enjoyed all elements. I had so much fun learning, partcipating and eating the pasta made by me and my group... and have now also been introduced in a new wine, Sticks Wine - yum! I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to learn how to make pasta, or anything italian cooking to check out and book into the next cooking class at Aldente Cooking!!
