Having only tried this place one time, and being some time ago, I can tell you that yummy yummy is above average in taste and I would buy it again but only if in the area. The spring rolls, dim sims, fried rice and beef black bean went down satisfactory with the family and was filling enough.

Most definitely the place to use if you are after something special, they are willing to cater to your bathroom needs but are upfront enough to be honest in their advice.
Beautiful showroom full of unique items and European luxury, stuff that makes you appreciate quality and creativity.

The absolutely best Vietnamese style sandwich place, with an array of fresh salad and meats ready to go on a fresh roll, topped with sauce. YUM! They do the one thing and they do it brilliantly. Dont be fooled by the lack of choice, this is their specialty and they get quite a lot of business because of it.

If your looking for that little, unique place that never fails on service or food then this is it. Its that comfy place that you feel the need to return to - for me it is my 'breakfast place'. I return for the service, routine, atmosphere and satisfaction of a Eggs Benedict, the Egyptian breakfast or muffins and a cappuccino.

I find this place is popular amongst the locals of Marrickville, though service is sometimes a little slow but the food leaves nothing to bother complaining about. It is quite nice. There is a good menu selection and a winner with me is always the bbq duck or the sweet & sour chicken. Always soft and succulent and full flavored, good serving sizes.

I have only been here for lunch a few times and each time I have been happy with the food and the service. I have tried the grilled haloumi plate which had fresh tomato, cucumbers, olives, lemon and olive oil with Turkish pide and, the bruschetta. I enjoyed both of these.
They offer dine in or takeaway options and have menus for lunch, dinner and takeaway. It sufficiently covers enough selection to indulge even a fussy eater, also having a kids menu too.
Inside consists of a warming turkish decor and the staff are sweet and humble. Worth a visit if your looking to try turkish cuisine.

There are a few aspects that make this restaurant worth the visit. Firstly it has an easy to find location on Illawarra Rd, the staff here are lovely and I am a follower of their restaurant facebook page which always contains a little humor. The service is quick and i have never been left over-waiting for a meal. The food is appealing, cooked to perfection and isnt oily, overcooked or of poor quality like some similar places. I like the pho and usually go for the wagyu, although there is a lot more on the menu ofcourse.
Another little thing I like is that 'yen' means 'wish' ior 'hope' in Chinese (or so they have told me), which is fitting.

Easy to find location on the intersection of Illawarra Road and Central Ave, nice atmosphere and decor with friendly and attentive staff. If you dont want to take my word for it then maybe knowing that it has one a Sydney Morning Herald 2014 Good Cafe award is a selling point.
Nutritious and healthy with a unique menu that has a selection one wont find everywhere, sourdough is a winner with me. Not to mention the creamy coffee that I have become accustomed to here.

Convenient location being at the ferry terminal, cheap prices and an appealing menu. Food never takes long to be served and seems to be of consistent quality, more than satisfactory. I like the spring rolls and pork skewers. The meat here isnt chewy or of poor quality. The staff are friendly, worth a visit.

Tapas for 2, being a selection of 4 tapas dishes with a jug of sangria is approximately $70. This is our favorite thing to order off the menu. The tapas we have tried are spanish meatballs, patata bravas, calamari and jam sauce and the scallops.
Authentic tasting food, with good meal size portions, filling and enjoyable. Great service.
