I phoned Stump Boy on Wednesday afternoon desperately seeking help to remove a stump in the corner of my driveway that wasn't able to be removed by tradesmen before it was due to be concreted the following day!
I had a return call within 10 minutes,
Jamie was very polite and professional over the phone and asked that I send him some pictures of the tree stump in order to quote the work. He was honest in telling me that he already had work booked for the Thursday but would make some calls to see what he could do to help me! I had a return call within the hour with the quote which was very reasonable especially considering the circumstances. Jamie had also managed to reschedule his work and said that he could be at my house at 7.30am the following morning! I had a knock on my door at 7.25am and the stump was removed by 7.42am! All before the arrival of my concreter!
Jamie's was punctual, polite and very reasonably priced!
I need another four stumps removed and will definitely be phoning Stump Boy to complete the work......
