There needs to be a button to tick that says would never go anywhere else! If it was there I would tick that! Customer Service was excellent, you kept in touch, even after money had been paid! When it was discovered that my delivery was late, you made attempts to track it down for me, and at some point the decision was made, by genius, to reprint my order and send it out express mail, which I received the very next day. All of this effort now means that I have a present under the tree for my daughter. THANK YOU! As I said it was christmas and I understand the pressure that the delivery people were under, but rather than just blame them and not care, genius printing made it their problem and went above and beyond to ensure it never became my problem. I have read that if delivery is late you will hand over a $10 voucher, please don't, I don't want it, what has been done for me truly has been enough.... THANK YOU!
