Dodo, Dodo, Internet that dies. I have a wireless USB, which works fine in the morning, but don't try using it at night, their servers are so congested that i get no signal and my Internet constantly drops out. Customer service on the phone is very confusing, and they're always calling me up to ask about my mobile phone plan, even after i tell them, i have a mobile, i don't need a new dodo service. One guy actually asked me "do you have a mobile service at the moment" To which i replied, "well yes, you're calling a mobile number aren't you?" (as i don't have a landline)

Staff were friendly, the food was awesome, a little bit expensive, but worth the extra $$.
Cafe has a good feel, and looks pretty too :)

Firstly i'd just like to say, that no matter which suburb you're in, Radio rentals always stuffs up, mostly when Direct debit. They don't ask you which date you'd like it to be taken out, they just take it. SO inconvienent. Appart from that, service is good, items are well priced, and they have the $1 buy out deal. It works out like a layby, but you're using the product as you pay.

The customer service is brilliant, they've given me free chocolate upon delivery several times, items are reasonably priced, HOWEVER, if you wish to purchase the item after the contract ends, forget about it, they'll ask you to pay an additional couple hundred dollars on TOP of what you've already paid. in this case, i suggest Radio Rentals, $1 buy out after 36 months, works out to be cheaper.
