Joined up and visited Costco 25/07/2010. Really didn't know what to expect. Waiting to obtain membership wasn't great. Joined on Internet before going there. Don't bother as you must still queue up being it was first time and had to get membership. Once served took less than 1 minute to obtain. I actually thought shop would be bigger. You must know your prices so make sure you research before going. Some items were cheaper but some items were not. If you are only shopping for two as we have no kids, it might be best to share with another family member to get bang for buck as everything is large or you have to buy an item and there could be 4, 6 8 in a pack. If we brought their vegemite this would take about 4 years to eat as it is so large. There pizzas are fantastic. That big that it wouldn't fit in oven had to cut in half to place on two shelves. Quality of pizza fantastic. Very fresh. If you want to buy clothes there is no where to try on so you must buy try on at home and if it doesn't fit you must go back there. Good business sense to get you back in but pain in backside for shopper. You must queue up at registers and for 11.30am Sunday not all registers open took us at least ten to 15 minutes to get through. If you had to cater for a party then this is the shop you must go as you would save heaps. If you are just browsing and wanted to have a look like us, then I suggest to you don't join. I thought service would be great especially because it was Americans and they say they have the best service, you will be very sadly disappointed. Very hard to find help on floor and prices were not on every item which become difficult and time consuming just to ask people for help. We will not join up again. Heaps of improvement is needed to suck us back in.

Went out with friends first time to this restaurant. From entering the place to exiting was fantastic. Service with a smile, constantly ensuring we were okay. Glass was always topped up before we had finished that glass. The only criticism was the table had to many decorations on it which seemed to cramp everyone up. Dessert great $28.00 platter but 6 desserts were on the plate. AWESOME. Clear night and could see Melbourne. Will be returning again.
