We first contacted DNA after viewing their bathroom website. Duncan proposed a design that took into account our special accessibility and safety requirements and in September 2013 the DNA team began the strip-out and renovation process. We were impressed by DNA's planning and execution of the project, and by the frequent updates from Rob and Sarah. The DNA team and all tradesmen were not only highly skilled but also punctual, reliable and considerate. We were delighted by the outcome and naturally turned to DNA again when the time came to renovate our kitchen in March 2014. This again involved a full strip-out and installation of a completely different design.
