I've always wanted to check it out, so, I took myself there one Friday night. I was a bit disappointed. The bar 'room' was really small and the drinks, average. The ice sculptures on their web site, were not the same as what was in the bar, at the time, so, I was a bit disappointed about that too. Not really what I expected, but, good novelty value, I suppose. Don't think I'd really recommend it to anyone, either, because it's too expensive, for what it is. The staff are nice enough, the 'ice' clothing they give you is a bit awkward and you can get photos done, but they aren't cheap. I found a coupon on their website, and got a free photo. (I wouldn't have paid for one.) You are not allowed to take your cameras in. Visit is for half hour only. Booked online and the process was easy.

Lucky me won some tickets, for a Thursday night. Hadn't been back for years and it's still great! Great M.C., two new comedians and one headliner (Hung Le) and it was all very funny. Highly recommend for a fun night out, with friends. Crowd participation sometimes, fun photos taken with comedians and they always have special offers on Yearly passes, which they advertise during the show and sell during intervals. If you check Scoopon and Groupon, occasionally you'll get a real bargain Yearly pass. I found one for $25, so, snapped it up (double pass = 2people). Easy online booking service. They do serve meals, but we didn't go for dinner. (Dinner & show around $30) Shows start at 8pm. Bar service is great and drinks are reasonable priced. Highly recommend!

My regular hairdresser was away and I desperately needed a new 'do', so, I tried Just Cuts. No waiting, hairdresser listened to what I wanted, made her own expert suggestions, because I needed a major hair cut, to get rid of long, dry hair. Loved the hair wash and scalp massage, she cut my hair and styled it extremely well and it's the first time I've had a major hair cut, that I have been very pleased with! (Ladies...you know what I mean!) Great price, excellent service, skilled cutter. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Jaz, from Just Cuts, to anyone. I opted for the works and loved every minute of it!

Yes, someone crashed into the back of my little red beast and I was none too happy! After contacting my Insurance company, I contacted Lalor Crash Repairs. As my car was still driveable, on arriving there, they had already been contacted by my Insurance Co., and got the ball rolling. They removed the dangerous bits, straight away, then made sure I was right to drive the car until the necessary parts arrived, saving me the inconvenience of having no vehicle during that wait. Constant communication and customer car supplied, while mine was being repaired. Excellent work done and my car looks like brand new again! Very pleased with work done. Highly recommend these panel beaters! Con and his skilled team, do a great job.

My mum's kitchen taps needed repairing, after a family member 'plumber', botched the job and just left it! I got Garry's number from a friend of mine, who worked in Property Management. Contacted Garry and he was very helpful and available the next day. He contacted me when he was on his way to mum's, so I could meet up with him at the right time. (Mum's old and doesn't speak English!) Gave me a quote on the spot, which I was happy with and he immediately fixed the problem, in no time at all, which both mum and I were happy with, especially mum! the relative had done a shoddy, cheat's job at 'fixing' the 'major' problem and left it like that, for ages, but Garry had repaired and replaced all the parts, in about 30 mins! Had to call Garry back, about a month later, but it was nothing major and again, came and fixed it in no time! Mum's house is old and no doubt the pipes may need to be replaced one day, and if they do, I'll be calling Garry and making sure my sister doesn't let the other family member touch anything! :) Garry is prompt, efficient and get's on with the job straight away. Had all the necessary parts with him, too!

I've been looking for a new place to get my lashes done, after my regular provider moved interstate and I found this gem of a place, via Scoopon! Katherine and her staff are just lovely and very professional. My lashes were done carefully and took almost one hour, but it was one of the most relaxing experiences and the end result is fabulous! Will definitely be returning and will likely try some of the other (many) beauty services available. Worth the drive to Clifton Hill and located very close to Eastern Fwy. The salon is like a luxury lounge: small, but inviting, tidy and clean. Highly recommend you try the Spoilt Ladies Luxury Lounge!

So, I ordered something online, from Harvey Norman and what is their delivery company of choice? Couriers Please.
Yes, they have online tracking, but even then, I couldn't track my parcel properly. And, why not? Because, apparently, South Morang, as suburban Melbourne as you could get, and only 30 k's from the city centre, is considered a ‘Country Area', by Couriers Please! So, because they don't actually deliver to South Morang, even though they state they do online, they use their ‘Country Agent', which is Australia Post!
But, they don't bother to tell the customer any of this (the customer being Harvey Norman, not me)!
Couriers Please can't even tell me why their Australia Post tracking number, is NOT attached to my Couriers Please tracking online!
After many days and many phone calls, my the whereabouts of my parcel, is still not exactly known!
Item ordered on 23rd April, today is 3rd of May.
The attitude of their (young) staff over the phone, is just disgraceful! I have spoken to three different people now and to say they were disinterested, to say the least, is an understatement. Unable to answer even the simplest of questions, poor customer service doesn't even begin to describe how they deal with people over the phone. They simply don't care.
They don't even notify their customer, (which in this case is actually Harvey Norman apparently), of the areas they DON'T deliver to, but happily accept Harvey Norman's contract and pick up parcels from Harvey Norman stores, for ‘alleged' delivery, by Couriers Please!
Their online PDF of areas for delivery is thereby false. South Morang is clearly listed, but as stated, they DO NOT deliver there. Don't even bother trying to use it!
If an actual Melbourne suburb 30 kilometres from a city centre is too far to deliver to, then I dread to think where else they don't actually deliver to.
This is one courier company, I highly recommend you all avoid!

I really like the pizzas that come from this particular Domino's! I use the 'online order' service and it's a 50/50 split, between picking up my order, myself, or getting my delivered. Yes, it costs a bit more for delivery, but it is very convenient sometimes and worth it! I always have Gluten Free bases and the extra price for GF is cheaper ($2) than other pizza shops and very tasty! (Tried and tested..trust me, some GF products aren't that great!!) I've never really had to wait, when picking up and delivery has always been prompt. The in store staff have always been nice, polite and friendly, as have been each of the delivery drivers, I've met. I usually tip the driver's, for good, prompt service. Can recommend this local Domino's, happily!

My friends eat here, more than I do, that's how much they love it and the few times I've been with them, I have to agree, this is one of the best! Great food and good value for money. The décor isn't that great, but it doesn't need to be, it's a neat, tidy, clean little restaurant. What you get here is quality food and service and that's more important to me. Nothing is too much trouble, especially if you want a slight change to a dish (I have some food allergies). Bookings taken for larger groups and they even rearrange the tables for you, if need be! Highly recommend this lovely, little place!

I've been going to Pier 31, since experiencing crummy service, at another local fish & chip shop for too long! Pier 31's food is (of course) cooked fresh and is very tasty! Their prices are actually better than a few of the other local shops and I've found the staff always friendly, with a smile on their faces! The have a variety of 'packs' to choose from, which are actually great value for money. I think I've tried almost everything on the menu now, so, can safely say all the food is good! You can ring ahead and order, I've never really had to wait long when I've done that and they accept credit cards/EFTPOS payments, which is handy too. Highly recommend this place. Plenty of parking in the area.
