Awesome cafe in Ringwood, across the road almost from Ringwood Lake. Staff are really friendly, service is quick and the burgers are big, beefy and juicy.
It is what it is - a generic pub bistro. Food isn't bad, but nothing to rave about either. Restaurant was clean and staff were friendly but the meal itself was just okay.
If you like your meat, you will LOVE Hunter & Barrel. Their meat platters are the best I've ever had - high quality and huge servings. We had the Hunter's Feast and it was awesome. Great location too in Town Square.

Great coffee and seriously good all day breakfast here. Staff are always friendly and food hot and fresh. Their burger menu looks good too, will be back to try one.
Nice dumplings at a reasonable price. They have a good selection to choose from and are always made fresh. Staff are friendly too.
This place seriously has the best roast chicken, chips and gravy. Really tasty stuff. My only complaint is the chips sit there and don't taste nearly as good as their fresh ones. If you're lucky they will make you fresh chips if you ask, but they don't ever seem happy about it and sometimes refuse. Maybe instead they should make all chips to order and not have any sitting there, getting cold, old and hard. Chips only take a few minutes to make and I'm sure most people would be happy to wait for something that is hot and fresh.
Our meal here wasn't bad but it wasn't fantastic either. Service is slow, even though they weren't that busy. Had bacon and eggs on sourdough which was cheap for $12 but the poached eggs were way overcooked, so much so that you couldn't even call them poached. I think this place survives because of its location, certainly not its quality food. Would not go back.
I needed some balloons delivered as a surprise for a Birthday and the staff here were wonderful in helping me get everything organised. The balloons looked excellent and were carefully delivered exactly and promptly as organised. Thank you!
We've been here many times and it's always been excellent. Service is great, restaurant is always nice and clean and the food fresh and tasty. I highly recommend the pumpkin masala.
