I have bought items for many of my pets here - the guinea pigs love their igloos, and Errol (the Springer Spaniel) spends hours running around the back yard with his Kong "Wubber". The prices are better than many of the other pet stores I have been to, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have not used the dog grooming service, but have seen the results on some of the dogs which looked very impressive (even a small white dog clipped and dyed with blue ears and tail!). Overall, I have been impressed each time I have been to the store.
