Purchased new lugguage online, hands down Luggage Direct were the cheapest including delivery (which most places charge). Got a few bonus travel items also (which I only found out when it was delivered) - bonus travel pillow for both neck and back. Delivery was super quick within a day or 2 and we are very satisfied with the product. By the way - we used the online videos to check the detail on the lugguage which was very useful also.
