Always sending out reminders for my car servicing and a survey after each service to ensure they've done a good job. Car has always been returned spotless and clean even when I drove the car in looking a bit sloppy. They have addressed issues promptly when I've raised them upon 'checking in' the car and have always called me up to quote me a price before replacing any parts in the car. Love the service and professionalism.

We required a remote control fence with brick pillars and steel fins inbetween and a side gate put in. We've had quite a bit of a tough time due to restrictive covenants and council permits etc however Lockfast Fencing has just patiently worked through all the issues. They've always kept me up to date with progress with each phase. Often touching base with me if I've been too busy to respond. Highly recommend them for fencing. They're professional, they offer great advice not only on design but also whether what you want done is a good idea etc.

We had a new house built by them. The experience itself was great, everything was by stages and very process oriented. They handled few of my complaints professionally and are great at following up issues I've had. Only downfall is because they're such a large company, they often don't have the time to just focus on your issues due to there being hundreds of other issues raised.

Technician said they installed the satellite dish and said I'd have to activate the subscription. They said I could contact them if it wasn't working. However after I paid them, I could not get a hold of them and they did not return my calls either. 2 months down the track I ended up having to get a new technician in from another business to finish the job off, turns out geeksforhire did not even connect the satellite as per the job I required done.

I would not recommend geeksforhire to anyone. Their prices are cheaper than most but I had to essentially pay 2x the amount than if I had gone with someone $50 more expensive.
