I've used them twice moving between properties. First time was with the actual owner of the business present. The job was a tough one where there were lots of steps going up to the house and another set going to the second storey. However job was done with lots of care to not damage the wooden floor boards we had and to not dirty or damage our furniture.

The second time wasn't as good. The owner of the business was not there. We had dirty mattresses, damaged bed heads, light fixtures being bumped into with mattresses. One of the removalists was a smoker and managed to fill the house with the smoke smell just by moving things in. Not good for a non-smoking family. However they were very co-operative, brought all the furniture into the correct rooms. They did miss one or two items from the old house which we said they should take though. Which meant we had to move them ourselves later.

Salon that has won many awards. Very trendy and modern and a touch posh. They offer free coffee, tea, water, wine with each visit and a complimentary fringe trim after your hair cut which you can book in any time. Highly recommended that you book in advance as they can get quite busy. They are opened late two nights of the week until 9pm which allows for those working in the CBD or working late to get a hair cut before the weekend starts which is awesome.

Hair cut/style is always tailored to ones facial features/structure so that it looks great. My two siblings and myself have always been very happy with our hair cuts which tend to look great until the next cut in 8 weeks time.

Great service, optometrist is very empathetic and is patient when explaining conditions and what it means etc. The reception staff are very polite and follow up with a call when glasses/contacts are ready for collection. My whole family goes to this optom with no issues.

Ladies haircut is very cheap and even cheaper if you're a student. However maybe due to language barrier my hair cut have never been to my expectation. It's either always too short when I say 'shorter' or too long if I say 'not too short' etc. After a week or so, the hair cut usually looks ok but the initial first few days, I'd usually tie it up.

Me and my siblings have all gone to this clinic for our orthodontic needs. Staff there are friendly and professional. Dr Tony Collett is also great at easing kid's concerns and worries regarding braces. If you require an appointment especially for weekends, it is best to make one in advance as weekends are very popular.

One of the downfalls was we were often forced to take time off school as the hygienist that we later went to see (after our braces were taken off), only worked weekdays. There is also no mechanism available to remind you that you have an appointment if you book 6 months in advance which has resulted in us missing quite a few appointments.

Can be a bit pricey for a hair cut however you get what you pay for. Fran ensures the hair cut/style given suits the facial structures and offers a visual balance. My hair cut has always looked great between cuts rather than looking messy once it's grown out and looking like I really need to get another hair cut.

What first attracted me to Jade Star Designs was the fact that they offered an obligation free quote on the job. Not many of the interior decorators I checked out offered that. We had our entry, theatre room, open plan kitchen, family and dining room and 3x bathrooms decorated by Jade Star Designs. They did a great job of incorporating furniture and existing decor pieces which I thought I'd have to throw out because it didn't match with the modern look I was going for. They've been very patient with my busy schedule, always working around me and even offering me the option of them purchasing the decor pieces for me to save me time. Jade Star Designs is a very practical interior decorator who believes furniture/decor should be practical to everyday life.

We had a few jobs done around the house. Quoting process was easy and obligation free. It was arranged quickly and quickly communicated to me. We had the plumber come and put in the dishwasher which was done with no issues. He tested the dishwasher to ensure there were no leaks etc. We also had the electrician from the same business come in to put in a door bell, outdoor power point and a light for the under stair storage. The electrician asked and checked with me every step of the way that where he wanted to position switches etc was ok before proceeding. Very happy with the job done. They even cleaned up a little afterwards which was a bonus.

Lots of dentists located in the clinic which means there is a wider selection of dates to choose from if you're not too worried about which dentist you get. However it is recommended you book in advance. They're often very conservative dentists who won't recommend a treatment unless they determine that's the last course of action to be taken.

Great clinic who knows each and every patient well. They also take care to know the family well to identify possible hereditary conditions and asks us to get tested if there's a concern. Downfall is because of being so busy, it is often very hard to secure an appointment. However priority is given for those who require it.
