You don't often experience their level of service and care and I would highly recommend the studio to anyone wanting either a gentle rehabilitation programme or a challenging workout. Their proficiency extends from the highly informed Pilates trainers through to the thorough and organised office staff - not to mention the range of services available. WOW QSPS! What a special place!
