Aliento is a very enjoyable place for exercise, the staff are extremely friendly and helpfull and the atmosphere is very relaxing and everyone that attends is so friendly, I recommend Aliento to anyone that is looking to do some exercise, but doesn't want to go to a mainstream Gym. In 9 visits I lost 27.5cm and are very happy about that! I look forward to continuing at Aliento in 2013 and losing more and more cm's
