After looking around for a per-purchase building inspector, that would give us a detailed report and at a decent price we found Jacob at Ez Building and Pest inspection
Jacob contacted me and asked me some question in regards to what we wanted form the report gave me a good price and we advised him to book us in ASAP.
Once confirmed Jacob took the time and effort to confirm with our bank that the report that he would do would be suffice to the banks requirements to approve our loan.
Jacob is an excellent communicator, contacting me and advise me everything that was going on at the time. He contacted me on the day he went to the property and after the completion of the inspection. I was at work during the day but Jacob was more then happy to contact me after 6:30pm to discuss his findings with me and my partner at home.
Jacob ran through all issues that he found at the property with us and also gave is an insight to what could happy in things weren't fixed quickly.

We received a very in-depth 40 page report the next day. The report included pictures of items that need to be monitored offer time, pictures in the roof,outside,inside of the house, in the shed on top of the shed the patio and everywhere else you can think of.

Over all my partner and I were very happy with the inspection and report that we received. Jacob is a very friendly outgoing and professional inspector and we would highly recommend him to completed you pre purchase home inspection. :)
