John came out on a wet and cold Sunday to restore our electricity which had been out for 2 days. He really went above and beyond by taking the time to explain to me the problem, fixing it and then helped find another tradie for me to use to repalce the ducted heating. I rang John ALOT and he was always very friendly and helpful. Very glad I found him
