My children have been having swimming lessons at Healthways since they were six months old and they both love it. My older child had some resistance to starting classes on his own and without me and the swim school staff were highly supportive. The instructors are highly trained and qualified and I feel confident in them teaching my children.

I love that you can park directly behind the shop at no cost, and the cost of their prescription and non prescription items are much cheaper than other pharmacies. The pharmacists are really nice, and one in particular always remembers me, although I am scared by the woman who works on the front counter and wears TONS of make-up. The real downside to this shop is that there is ALWAYS stuff all over the floor - boxes of goods to be unpacked, and step ladders and the like. It is such an OHS issue, and near impossible to navigate the store with a pram. The Chemist Warehouse in the mall in Box Hill is even worse, and I just avoid the shop all together as I literally cannot fit my pram down their skinny aisles.

I love that the pharmacy has full post office services, and dry cleaning, and it is handy being next door to the GPs for prescriptions. The staff are all lovely. I have found the cost of their prescriptions is higher than the discount pharmacies, such as Chemist Warehouse, unfortunately, along with their range of non-prescription items. I have had a couple of instances where they have not had my prescription item in stock but they have been willing to deliver it to me at no extra cost by their nice delivery boy.

Please be wary of this company. There were so many aspects of our bathroom renovation that went wrong.

Our tiles are rough cut and warped in places. They suggested a well known builders hack as a way of 'fixing' it. - that is, using white caulking over white tiles to try and disguise the warping. This is despite the fact that they used grey grout - it would have looked just as ridiculous as the warped tiling! We now live permanently with warped tiles.

The caulking was HORRENDOUS. It was so rough and dirty that we requested it to be repaired. Even on a second attempt the tiler could not rectify it. It was still rough and dirty. He was just such a bad tiler! It then took two days for another poor chap from the company to pull it out and re-do it. Even still remnants of the terrible caulking remain.

They placed beading around the bottom of the vanity unit - but only on the front, and it was a poor fit. It needed to be re-done, around all sides, and waterproofed. The caulking was peeling within less than a week of application. The beading started rotting within six months. When I contacted the builder to tell him how bad his workmanship was, he blamed us for buying a bigger vanity. We knew nothing of this, given that he provided written advice during the project planning stage that it was all OK to buy the unit we did.

They could not even put the the power switch on straight, and it had to be re-done too!

We had a clothes shute/flap in the wall of the bathroom into the adjoining laundry that we wanted removed. They plastered over the bathroom side, and left a great big hole in the wall of our laundry!!! When we asked for this to be plastered over too, they wanted to charge us more. In the end, they withdrew the extra costs, but only because we got pretty annoyed at the fact that they would do a job leaving a massive hole in a wall!!!

The painter/plasterer had to come three times - to repaint and patch up.

If we had not asked for the poor work to be re-done, we suspect it would not have been fixed up, which raises question of quality control. The builder did not inspect the progress of his trades as they went along. Their own tradesmen complained about each other and how things hadn't been done properly.

There were some mis-communication issues due to a vague, broadly termed contract. A quote which reads "Ceiling: Cornicing as is" to us meant no structural changes. "Painting" meant all encompassing. To them it didn't. They painted the walls and not the ceiling. They wanted to charge us extra to paint the ceiling. On questioning why they would leave a job half done and not paint the ceiling, they at least they did the right thing and withdrew extra costs.

The new lock on the new door didn't work, and the final placement of the shower screen was not as we designed/requested.

The covering of the handle on the shower screen started peeling within 11 months of installation. We had to ask for a warranty replacement. They said they would mail a replacement but didn't.

The heating vent fell apart after 12 months.

If you use this company, we recommend you populate the quote with as many details as you can to avoid not having expectations met, seek a time-frame for when things are done (we never knew when anyone was coming - and always had to ask - sometimes they turned up unexpectedly too), ensure that you are around to ensure things are done the way you want cf. what suits the firm.

In the end, the job for us took double the amount of time because of all the things that went wrong. It was very stressful.

Holy Moly what a shamozzle this business is. Its bathroom products are A1, but its service and systems are a right royal mess. I felt really sorry for the staff in the showroom, because there seemed to be a disconnect with back office, and they could never advise when the items we ordered would arrive. They apparently had a 'new system' which meant that they also failed to order our tiles, and it wasn't until we questioned their delivery, that we were advised no order had in fact been made. Then the tile supplier advised (two weeks after our initial order) that they could not in fact supply the tiles we wanted. They offered an alternative, but it was not suited to our job, so we then had to rush around finding tiles elsewhere (since our builder had already started the job). We paid for delivery, but some items were delivered to their store, and not us, and they expected us to come in and pick them up,. When we required an additional item, I called the store to order, and the poor chap I spoke to had to switch between two computer systems in order to be able to tell me how much the item was going to cost and whether they in fact had it in stock.

Approximate cost: $3500

A great service and quality product. We took a painting in, and had frames suggested to us that were a perfect match to the colour scheme. It took three weeks, and they called us to advise the picture had been framed and was ready for collection. It looks beautiful hanging on our wall. The only downside is that they are not cheap but then frames are custom made.

The best quality meat around and truly great prices if you can handle how horrible it is to shop at Box Hill Centro - ie: it is always so busy and car parking is a nightmare. We buy our meat in bulk because it is so affordable and so we don't have to go into the shoppiing centre too often. They change staff all the time though, and there always seems to be someone 'new' serving me who barely speaks any English. You end up having to point to what you want and hope for the best.

Truly dreadful hairdressers. They sit you up under fluro lights and don't even both to wash you hair before they cut it. One of the male hairdressers was cutting my son's hair one day and slipped taking a chunkout of his fringe, so he just kept cutting until my son had no fringe! Their prices are budget and their clientele the old ladies.

These dry cleaners are so annoying. Every time we have left dry cleaning with them they have given us a time and date for pick up, that they have not met. It has been frustrating to arrive at the specified time to pick up garments only to be told they have just been put into clean and won't be ready until the next day. This has occurred on several occasions. I won't be returning because I hate having my time wasted,

I love this video shop. The chap who runs it is always super friendly and he stocks everything. No matter what DVD you want, he has it from new releases to the classics. He is super organised and has everything neatly ordered and categorised.
