I cannot praise them enough! Absolutely astounded at how good the result was. Arrived on time, and nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem spot from one of our teenagers having blu tack in their carpet, and he persisted until it was comepletely removed. They take customer service to a new level. It's just a shame we don't live in Queensland any more. Nobody has measured up down here thus far.
