My air conditioner broke in the very hot weather. A replacement unit was required and following my ringing 4 companies I found I could not get an air conditioner fitted for over 2 weeks. I contacted Air and water who sent an assessor the following day and the air contitioner was fitted the day after. A speedy and efficient service.

Approximate cost: $3.700

Air & Water (A&W) are very Professional in their service. We got 3 Quotes and all of them were quiet close. However we chose A&W due to their prompt action and professional advice provided.
The Installation Team were also clear on what needs to be to get the Job done quickly and all rubbish was cleared very professionally.
Some Service providers quoted a heavy Fee to collect the removed System rubbish and A&W only quoted a fair fee that anyone can afford.
Overall A&W provided a service that is added value for money

Approximate cost: $4450

Thanks Guna for your lovely review. We're pleased that you are happy with Air and Water''s installation work.

Air and Water replace our age refrigerated system with a new one, and installed FreeAir so we can take advantage of the cooler night air without using the refrigerated component, Can't fault these guys. Proactive, efficient, friendly and good value. Highly recommend.

Approximate cost: $10,000

Thanks for for your review Eliza

We love the iSave FreeAir system for its ability to save ducted aircon running costs and being easy to use through the iZone controller. We're glad you like it too.
With minimal working parts, your iSave systems should last as long as your air conditioner.
Enjoy affordable air conditioned comfort.

Supply and install an evaporative air conditioning system. We upgraded to the premium pack that was offered for the extra $500 and got the 2 whirly birds, security grill inside, bigger ducting, poly dropper and more sophisticated control remote. The unit itself was cheaper than offered by other companies to buy online but works very well. The service was excellent, could not fault at all. Very friendly and helpful. Installed in a morning and organised the electrician at the same time for me. Very happy overall. The quote provided was comprehensive and the few people I spoke to during my dealing with Air and Water were a pleasure.

Approximate cost: $4500

Thanks Tom for your kind words. The security relief vent is designed to be used with your evaporative air conditioner on low otherwise there is too much airflow. That said when running evaporative air conditioning for extended periods of time eg when at work or overnight you should only need it on low to keep your home comfortable.
Enjoy your new aircon. I'm sure there's plenty more hot days still to come to Perth (and Wellard) this summer. Julie

Installation of Ducted Evaporative Air Conditioning. I obtained 3 quotes all very similar price. I asked lots of questions (as I had no idea re A/C) and in the end went with Air and Water who had actually been recommended to my by a friend. The reason I selected them was; a) a friend had previous dealings and was very happy b) similar price but with a few additional options that included Whirly Birds for the roof & an internal relief grill inside to allow all windows and doors to be closed at night for security reasons, which may intern reduce the heat in the roof cavity c) provided most thorough quote and information initially etc. d) came across as very friendly and helpful. The actual experience was even better than expected, the delivery guy waited until I arrived home (late) to ensure it was safe, the installation/plumber was fast, efficient and communicated well, finally the electrician was also very quick and efficient. And then to top it off the office staff were also on to everything with invoicing and receipts and warranty etc. All in all it was a fantastic experience for someone who was very nervous about a big purchase where I had no idea what I was doing at the start, couldn't be happier to recommend them.

Thanks for taking the time to write such a lovely review. I trust you will be happy your with evaporative air conditioning for many years.

An evaporative air conditioner doesn't cost much to run so on super hot days start it up early in the day and keep it running all day to stop heat build up.

Your evap should be serviced annually. Read how to do it on the Air and Water blog or call us as we provide servicing as well.

We are in Real Estate and have used Air and Water as our preferred contractors for many years. Their service is always fantastic and would recommend them to anyone!

Having moved to a new house earlier in the year, it soon became apparent that our current air conditioning system was not going to handle a Perth summer. We contacted Air & Water and from the initial call through to paying our final invoice the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We were given advice on alternative solutions which was relevant to our particular needs. We selected two Panasonic split systems to complement our current evaporative system. We ended up paying a lot less than we had budgeted for. We would highly recommend this company.

Approximate cost: $4200.

We had Air and Water install a ducted Panasonic system for us. Overall, the experience from initial contact to quote, through to booking installation, install and account payment has been positive. We had a couple of hiccups along the way (as to be expected in any job), but these were resolved quickly and easily to our satisfaction. Air and Water genuinely care about the customers and quality of service. We would recommend them to anyone. The quoting stage in particular was more thorough and professional than any of the other 5-6 companies that we approached.

Thanks Chris. We do try to be up front in our dealings and have the processes in place to deal with any issues promptly.

excellent communication from consult to installation
staff courteous, and prompt with information
definately would recommend the company.
Our daughter recommended them to us.

Thanks Anne. Whilst you are online set a reminder to clean the filter on your split every 2 or 3 months to optimise performance and minimise running costs and wear and tear.
