From quoting to completion of job this company has been extremely professional in dealing with us for our ducted air conditioning unit. Every detail was made extremely clear to us so as to avoid dramas at installation. The removal of previous system by tradesmen (on the same day) left us with a clean work site. Got quotes back from three vendors on ducted gas heating, Air & Water was most competitive. It was also the only vendor to come out in person discussing different options. The installers came on time, knew what they were doing, where efficient and tidy. A smaller hick up was rectified by the installer returning promptly.

We needed to replace the heating unit in an existing ducted gas heating system. Don recommended a new model that was significantly more fuel efficient and at a reasonable price. The installers were friendly and competent. They made sure the entire system worked well with the existing ducting and the zone controls. They did not rush the job when setting the new controller needed time and patience. The installer came back to check the noise level from the new heating unit and did all he could to abate the fan noise.

We had a few people quote us on a ducted evap system and we are so happy we went with Air and Water. They weren't the cheapest, but they were the only company that we spoke to that also included a whirlybird as part of the install, which was something we really wanted. On the day of installation, the guys were prompt and professional. All the mess inside and outside was dealt with and best of all they were done before lunch. We went ahead and within 2 weeks the team were at our property ready to install the complete ducted air conditioning system.
The team were friendly, professional and well organised, removing old wall units, patching up, changing electrical requirements and installing the complete ducted solution.

we used air and water to install a daikin split system and a daikin reverse cycle ducted system. they were very efficient with their time and very knowledgable about the product to the point where they were able to install an extra vent where we didn't think we would be able to get one. after the install was complete the guys were very thorough with their clean up inside and outside the house. we would recommend air and water to anyone who is looking for a "comfort provider" whether it be heating, cooling, or solar hot water systems.
