I requested quotes for ducted reverse cycle air conditioning from 3 different suppliers and air and water was the one which gave the fastest response. I like their detailed email and product introduction. It was comprehensive and gave a layman like me a better understanding. Larry was patient and responded to my email in detail.

The service was prompt, they were punctual and efficient with their work.

However there was a miscommunication whereby the customer service told me that I can put the outdoor unit on the roof. But when the workers came they said that would be noisy and cause inconvenience during maintenance. They managed to install it at a suitable location outside the house so that's fine.

I also realised that the air-cond takes around 10-15 mins to work which the electrician said is normal for the first few times. They seem to take a long time to remove the rubbish though. It has been a week and the rubbish is still sitting in front of my house.

From requesting a quote on an evaporative ac to installation, Air and Water were courteous, efficient and communicated well with us through the process. The installer turned up on time, was pleasant and efficient, as was the electrician who had the show up and running and gave us a run down on the system. I had a ducted air-conditioner (Mitsubishi HI) installed by Air and Water, and they were helpful and professional through the whole process. Larry gave me honest advice on what system was right for me and what was and wasn't needed, and the installers were thorough, listened to what I wanted, and did a quality job. In terms of value, Air and Water were the best I could find after a bunch of quotes, especially considering they use quality components (Airstream). The only time I might have gone with another installer is if I wanted a Daikin - Supacool and ACWA are cheaper and also have good reviews.
