Air & Water was prompt in suppling a quote and accommodated us with regards installation dates, Installation was carried out in a professional manner and they cleaned up after themselves. Recommend using this company

Hi Phil.
I am glad you were happy with Air and Water Residential's work.
It has been a bumper season in Perth for evaporative aircon.
Please use your aircon on low - manual mode and cooling set to around 25 - when using your security grille to vent the air rather than having doors and windows open.
Enjoy a cool summer,
Julie

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Air and Water to anyone wanting air conditioning. Great company - great people!

Hi Tony.
It was very kind of you to waive your WOMO payment. We have bought the guys a 6 pack of Corona so they can grab a couple each next time they come to the office/warehouse.
Thanks for your kind email as well as this WOMO review,
Julie

We had our home renovated and Don provided on time installation, a fair priced quotation, but most of all, a most efficient fully ducted refrigerated air conditioning.
What is most important is what Air and Water have made our home...

Many thanks to Don and all the installation staff!!!

Job well done!!

Great product and fantastic timing turnaround. Great customer service. However, beware of extra costs once air con is installed for electrical cabling used.

Hi Mike
I am sorry you feel aggrieved about the cable and I appreciate your feedback. I know you have had a couple of conversations with Jess in our office about this. As detailed in our quote, we allow 15m of cabling on ducted reverse cycle aircon. Generally that is sufficient for most homes .However a minority of homes require extra cable. Only the electrician can determine if extra cable is required. The only way we could determine the cable usage in advance is if we sent out a qualified electrician to check each job we quoted. As well as being impractical this service would be chargeable. Whilst this doesn't address your concern I hope you can understand our stance.
Thanks for your review and I trust you will enjoy your air conditioning. I am sure the hot weather will arrive in Perth soon.
Kind regards
Julie

Very efficient service from first point of contact. Ours is a replacement Evap system and we were happy with the no pressure salesmanship but good advice. So far weather has not been sufficiently hot to test the system fully but the exhaust component is great!

Hi Colin. I am glad you are happy with your replacement evaporative aircon. We are proud to install Cool Breeze - we love that we are supporting a Western Australian manufacturer that supplies a good functional and affordable aircon. Enjoy a cool summer, Julie

I would absolutely recommend Air and Water to anyone thinking about investing in evap aircon. I experienced a seamless, well managed removal of old system and installation of new Cool Breeze system. Chris the installer is a absolute champion, he worked really hard and he even organised for the rubbish to be removed same day as the installation. Thanks to Don, Julie and Cassidy for your help and proffessional service.

Hi Kirsten. I am pleased to announce you are our 50th reviewer! We are glad that you are happy with your new evaporative aircon. Please note to use your aircon on low when using the security relief vent only.
Thanks again, Julie

I was very impressed by the quote and customer service that I received from Air and Water Maddington. They removed the old unit and installed the new one within a couple of hours. The old unit was taken away the same day. Very impressed with the service and the help from all of the staff. Would recommend the company to anyone wanting air conditioning.

Approximate cost: $4000

Thank you Sandra for your lovely review.
I trust you will enjoy your replacement evaporative air conditioner for many years to come. The automatic duct shutter means there is no need for a winter cover and you can use the air conditioner on exhaust mode if ever you need to.
Kind regards
Julie

The response time and service was really good considering had 3 companies not show up. Had a few issue of bits missing from my order which was rectified quickly for fitment.

The issues with ordering extras was on the agreement form, recommend a added section to the form for extras so can't be overlooked.

Hi Nick.
Thanks for the feedback.
We do have the duct grade on the air and Water Residential Acceptance Document but we don't have the whirly birds.

As there is a lot of information on the quote and the Acceptance Document it is easy for items to be over looked.

We have been investigating an editable pdf for the Acceptance Document and your comments highlight that this is really the way to go.

Thanks for your review.

Enjoy your air conditining as a few hot days are foreciast in Perth in the coming week.
Kind regards
Julie

I did my homework. Shopped around. They gave the best price so gave them the go ahead.

Install happened quickly, job was done well. The only minor thing is my partner noticed when doing our inspection one of the vents is slightly out of square. Not that big an issue as you dont normally going around looking at the ceiling with that much attention.

They were very clean. Drop sheeted everything. We did not have a single bit of cleaning to do, they removed all rubbish. Its like they were never there. I wish I could work that clean!!

I would be happy to recommend using them.

Approximate cost: $5000

Best price on a solar HWS system by far. Another company admitted they couldn't beat it and said they would have to look at their pricing as a result. Rang on a Thursday and it was installed on the Monday as they were busy but offered for plumbers to come out asap if it was dire. Installers were here earlier than promised even though the weather was awful and installed and removed old system within 2 hours. Working beautifully so far.

Approximate cost: $1995

Hi Katie,

I'm glad all is good. Rinnai's vitreous enamels systems are very affordable and because they are efficient they get a good STC rebate which doubles the savings - cheaper price and lower running cost. You should find that there is minimal dumping of excess hot water in summer which is a great benefit compared to other brands of solar HWS.
Shame today is not great for solar hot water generation.
