Overall positive experience with Ambience Air in Bibra Lake. Good team to deal with from Sales through to Tech support, always helpful and good to talk to and returned calls after they were too busy to take ours. Purchased and installed a 3 phase Panasonic R/C ducted system in 2009, which worked flawlessly up until about 6 months ago. We suspect Synergy brown out was at fault though, so would still definitely recommend the brand and company.
The experience with fault finding that issue lead me to think the in depth experience and product knowledge might be a little lacking though, even if just with the tech guy that came out. (I found the solution myself on the web in the end). But that said, I realise fault finding isn't an exact science and it'd be impossible to know every system inside and out, especially older ones, and they also handled the process well. Fees were about what I'd expect from any supplier/tradesman for call outs etc.

Ambience Air have great service, top products and are more than competitive on pricing, I have had my whole of house unit for five years running summer and winter with excellent economy. After having a assessment of my energy use by the Cockburn Council it was showen that the air conditioner was giving better value than my little gas heater.( anyone want to buy a second hand gas heater?)

A couple of years ago we changed from an evaporate to a Panasonic 8 outlet reverse cycle system. The installation team not only dismantled the old system they had also redesign the outlay of the new unit in the attic on the spot . We were very satisfied with the end result and the unit they recommended. My sons also have now installed a Panasonic .

Ambience air Send me spam mail asking me to write them a good review in exchange for a good review of there products on review sites, for a chance to WIN A NEW 55 INCH SAMSUNG TV. I have not used there product. It looks like they are desperate and have no pride for the services they provide..

I needed to replace an existing airconditioner and install new bedroom airconditioners, so a ducted system seemed like a good option. After calling around, I eventually settled on a system through Ambience Air (Bibra Lake in this case) as they had some very competitive pricing options, including some bonus extras and finance options through a particular manufacturer. Equally important, the quality of the pre-sales service was excellent - the sales rep talked me through the various options and did not try to rush me through the process. Installation was fantastic - they arrived on time and were very efficient. Following installation I had a couple of questions which Jayde at reception was able to handle promptly - so much so that I sent a message of appreciation to her. A year on - and the advice provided to me at the start has proven to be spot on. Recommended!

Thank you to AMBIENCE AIR BIBRA LAKE they did a wonderful job on our Air Conditioning zoning in our home from the initial plan to the execution of installing it in our home, not to mention the installers were polite, efficient and clean.
We have now had the air con for roughly 3years which we are very happy with and if when we had any questions the team at Bibra Lake have been nothing but helpful and got back to us straight away.
