I have just had an evaporated air conditioner unit replaced by Ambience Air Conditioning, and I am not happy with the instillation result.
Firstly they tried to postpone my instillation by two days, Turned over up an hour before the nominated time of 8:00 AM.
They then were so ill prepared to lift the unit on to the roof such that I had to set up a block and tackle arrangement to get the thing up, and I am 70 years old.
Two plants were destroyed in the process. OHS would have a field day with their methods.
I just checked the instillation in the attic to find a considerable amount of rubbish left by all three of the "trades"
Regrettably I suspect that they are no worse than others in the service industry, we are poorly served.
The problem of getting the unit on the roof should have been considered by the salesman that examined the site before purchase.

I had my Aircon installed on 17/02/16 just over 2 weeks after acceptance of quote the installers and sparkeys were very quick and efficient 3.5 hrs from start to finish i would recommend them anytime.PS quote was very competitive.

We just had reverse cycle, ducted air-conditioning installed in our 4x2 house. Their quote was the cheapest for the system we wanted. They got back to us quite quickly and were able to schedule installation within a week of me paying the deposit. It's frustrating that they leave the boxes for you to clear as they are quite big and not so easy to fit in weekly rubbish bin (but they do tell you this as part of their T&C's). Anyway, good service and would use again if the need arose

Very highly recommend this company, they were recommended to us and we were not let down. Efficient communication, were able to schedule job in within very reasonable time, the were second lowest quote we got and the staff were very helpful and gave great advice.
