Having moved a few times in the past 5 years, I found Emelio and Gary from Amovers the best and most professional. They took great care with our furniture, and even plastic wrapped all furniture for protection. They arrived on time, and worked without a break for 5 hours. I will definitely use their service again.

Needed a double bed moved from Moonee Ponds to St Kilda on Cup day - no extra cost, were super prompt with reply, and bed was delivered early. Really understanding, and great Customer Service. Will use again. Thanks guys!

Very helpful and Friendly staff. Rebecca at headoffice had made sure that my requirements were something they could accommodate to, i.e after work hours pick-up and drop-off.
The removalist were absolute guns, they could carry a truck and make it look effortless. They made sure I was comfortable with them carrying large and fragile items up stairs and made me feel very confident with their work.
10/10 would recommend/ would use again/ tell a friend. absolute ripper team!

Amovers are the brilliant. I found the boys Emilio, Rob and Gary worked like a well oiled machine. The whole team was professional, efficient and friendly. Rebecca at Head Office was amazing and incredibly patient. The whole team made the very stressful experience flow smoothly. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering moving.

Worst experience!!!!! Booked in for a 2pm move-they didn't turn up until 7.30pm! This was explained away by 'delayed move before me' however I later found out it was simply because no one was assigned to the move-appalling!!
Would not recommend to anyone else and will not be using again!

I am well aquantied with moving house, having to do it every 18months- 2 years for work. Amovers are by far the worst removals company I have ever come across. I am have reported them to consumer affairs and strongly recommend that you stay away from this bunch of unprofessional ameatures.
They showed up with no packing boxes or packing materials despite being booked in for a full pre pack. They then proceded to stand around doing nothing for almost 3 hours while they waited for someone to delvier the materials. They then charged me for those 3 hours at $170 per hour! When I questioned this at then end of the move, I was threatened an intimidated by the 3 men. It was 9pm, I was in a new home on my own and they threatend to take my possessions of me if I don't pay for the time they stood around doing nothing! They would not leave my house or ring their boss or allow me to speak with someone in charge.
Upon unpacking my boxes after they left I discovered 4 boxes packed with nothing but butchers paper, and I discovered that my brand new double bed matress was ripped in three places on the bottom, and in one place on the side.
They failed to deduct my $100 edeposit from my bill.
All this would have been fine if the follow up customer service was professional. However, when I reported these issues to the company they simply denied it, and refused to refund me for time that they stood around doing nothing, and refused to refund my $100 deposit, and refused to send me any uinsurance information so I could claim the damage they did to my matress.
I am taking them to VCAT, and anyone else who has had issues with Amovers should do the same. The biggest issue was that I was made to feel unsafe, and threatened.
