I parked my car with them this week while out of town on business. Quick, efficient drop off and transfer to the terminal and they were at the terminal within 10 minutes of my call to notify them of my return. Very friendly staff and good value, too

We have used Andrews quite a few times and would not go elsewhere. Booking on the net is so easy especially when you have booked before. Service to the airport is quick and drivers help to load your luggage. Quick phone call when arriving back and friendly driver is there in notime at all. Reasonable priced

My husband and I have been members of Andrew's Airport Parking for approximately 3 years - that is until today. We will no longer use Andrews given their response to our complaint. We left our almost new car (Toyota Prada) for a week undercover at Andrews. When we picked it up the driver's side mirror had been damaged. It appeared to us that someone had walked into it (damaging the electronics within it). We know with 100% certainty that there was nothing wrong with it when we dropped the car off. We rang them immediately when we arrived home to tell them. They said they would review all the CCTV footage and get back to us. We were told by Toyota that it would cost $2,199 to replace as it could not be repaired.
We called 4 times and emailed once over the course of 9 days. Today when we called for the 4th time we were told by the manager that all the CCTV footage had been reviewed and there was no evidence that any damage had been done to the car whilst it was at Andrews. We do not accept their finding. If they had been honest and admitted their mistake - we would have remained members. It is their lack of honesty and failure to take responsibility that has caused us to withdraw our support of Andrew's Airport Parking.
We will be going elsewhere from now on.

When ever I travel with my mum - who is from the Sunshine Coast - we always use Andrew's Airport Parking. The staff are lovely and they offer a great service with reasonable prices. We have used other airport parking/.shuttle services but have found these guys to have the best services and prices.

Have used these guys many times, its great you drop the car off they take you to the door at the airport, call when you come back and someone comes promptly to collect you. Cheaper than parking at the airport.

We left our car at andrews when we went on holidays just before xmas, they were fantastic, included in the price is a trip by shuttle bus to the airport and you give them a ring when you get back and they will come and pick you up, great service. The drivers both ways were great, they lifted our heavy luggage in and out for us, they chatted all the way there and back too. I cant remember exactly how much they charged but it was cheaper than paying for four people to get a shuttle service from the sunshine coast and back and was much easier than catching the train, we did get lost trying to get there as we dont have sat nav and hadnt been there before, so we rang them and they even stayed on the phone and gave us direction.

Very well priced off-site airport parking, only 10 minutes drive from Brisbane Airport. Free shuttle bus to and from airport.
Very friendly staff. Great value for money.

We've used them twice - once for a 5 week trip and once for a 2 week trip. Both times we were very satisfied. The second time we also had the car clean done for an additional $40 and it was a good job. The shuttle service to / from the airport is fast and efficient. All good!
