DO NOT USE. I have never used appliances online before but had purchased appliances through winnings previously .

After delivering it to the wrong house and being fobbed off by several different support staff who insisted it was sent to the correct address. my family went door knocking around the neighbourhood. Found it several houses down, at a new home being built (tradies had unintentionally received the goods).

Poor after sales service. I bought a LG washing machine (wtg6520) on August 2020 from Appliance online. The LG washing machine stopped working properly since Nov 2020. As its under warranty , I've contacted Appliances online twice to report the problem and during both times they informed me that a LG will be contacting me soon , but LG never had contacted me back. I had contacted appliance online to follow up with them when LG will call me but all they said is to wait for a few more days for LG to contact me (which they never have yet). I ended up calling LG directly but still they have not fixed my washing machine. Has been broken for nearly 6 months now. I will be making a complaint to NSW Fair Trading.

Fabulous experience! I'm a hopeless online shopper but needed an oven asap. Called the 1300 number and got Jack on the phone immediately, he was so patient and helpful. The whole process was quick, easy and the delivery guys were so quick and efficient, big thanks to Stunning Semu and Marvellous Mark! The only down side was that a technician was not available and it would have taken another 5 days so I got hold of my own electrician to install. Will definitely recommend and use again.

On Saturday 6th February 2021 I purchased a Sunbeam BM2500 Compact Bakehouse 750g Breadmaker for $89 so I can make heaps of bread quickly and easily for breakfast when I move into my own unit in March 2021. The staff were kind to me and the service was terrific because they gave me a special deal.

I have never used appliances online before but would not hesitate to use them again. I ordered a fridge sunday morning and had it delivered the next day. You were not left wondering what was happening, they keep in touch all the way. The delivery guys, Mark and his offsider were very careful with my wooden floors and very obliging and friendly

I was looking to buy a washing machine. Waited for appliance online chat fo 2 hours. It was saying 2 minutes. However, no one show up even after 2 hours whole night. Later on I got a quotatio on 13 Dec 2020.

Customer service is not that good.

The worse customer service that I have ever experienced.
Product not delivered the next day as promised - told it missed the truck - will be delivered the next day. 4 days later after contacting them (they didnt call me) - they say its now out of stock.
Such a poor experience and have heard others saying the same thing. Such a shame but will not use them again!

Hands down the best service & delivery team in the business.
I've made multiple purchases from this company and will keep purchasing because they are consistent in their customer service.
