On 5/7/20 over 3 months ago I ordered and paid for a Samsung TV from you and was advised of an August delivery date. On the scheduled delivery date I hadnt heard anything so I called the assistance line to be told the Redfern warehouse had been quarantined for an unspecified period although 2 weeks was mooted. I was told I would be advised on the new delivery date. I hadnt heard anything so at the beginning of last week I called again to be told the item would likely be delivered at the end of the week. The week passed and I still hadnt heard anything so I just rang again to be told the item was not in the warehouse and they would have to check with Samsung to see when more TV’s would be delivered. WHAT????? They've have had my money for three months. How many lies have they told me? The quarantine? It would be delivered last week? They dont even have the TV you’ve clearly sold it to someone else.

Your conduct is corrupt and akin to criminal. Over the years I have bought a number of items from you. NEVER again.

I have waited for three months, lost interest on the money. They are crooks and thieves. By the way I wouldn’t have found out had I not rung today. They shouldn’t be in business.

I have always been happy with Appliance on line until June this year. I have been calling, emailing and asking for my dishwasher to have a service call under warranty.
It’s been going on now so long it’s making me stressed and ill.
They listen but never call me back with a date. I have purchased so many electrical service from this company

ordered an oven early June, the oven was supposed to arrive late June, although they had it in stoke they didn't deliver... then promised they will deliver as soon as it is restocked. They now have it in stock but still needed a few phone calls to make sure they will deliver it. Still didn't get the oven...

Purchased a Crockpot on the website and it came super quickly however it unfortunately had a manufacturing fault. A replacement was sent the very next day which was great but it was again faulty after I had asked them to please check it before sending it. What makes me give them 1 star is the way they handle the situation after this. They had promised to call back the next day but it has been radio silence for 4 days. The customer service rep name Vincent was probably the rudest and worst rep I have ever spoken to. He was constantly interrupting what I was saying and so I couldn't get my point across, which led to him reiterating something that I would've answered if he actually let me speak. He also said 4 days isn't actually that long, my frustration isn't helping anyone and that he can't waste more time and that he needs to move on (after a 5 mins call which I have waited 30 mins on hold). Ultimately they are good if they send you the right product but good luck if you need help after the purchase.

I bought a bisset steam floor cleaner in March.The machine never worked.After holding on for 1 hour I spoke to a representative .I phoned again on Friday and again had to wait for about 90 minutes .I was promised a call back that day .I am still waiting on Tuesday.The test if a good supplier is after sales service.For that reason I would rather buy from “The good guys “ .Aol get 0 stars for after sales service.They do not know the meaning of Statuary warrentee

ASKO - Worst customer service
After purchasing a washing machine (8KG Front Loader Washing Machine: W4086P.W.AU), dryer and pedestal drawer from ASKO in March 2020, we have had the washing machine replaced because the first one was faulty then the 2nd machine repaired twice because it leaked. We are awaiting our third replacement pedestal drawer because the first two were faulty. Customer service is non-existent by ASKO. Highly recommend NEVER buying an ASKO product

Great at Sales - Rubbish at Service.

Was previously a happy purchaser for them several times. Until now .. I have been waiting a week now for any of my five emails to be responded to asking for assistance with a damaged dryer, after spending a whole day on hold being tormented by terrible music and John Winning telling me about their great service endlessly on repeat for hours, was like being poked with a stick.

They have a terrible IVR, doesn't let you know anything about wait times and where you are in the queue, nor offer a call back service.

As an online retailer, why is there no online chat facility ? Why make us call in the first place ?

No acknowledgement that an email has been received and will be attended to, not even a soulless automated one.

Not sure they understand the returns process in the online retail world, is just as critical to invest in as the Sales process.

If you want your appliance delivered when promised, do not use Appliances Online!
Was told my new washing machine would be delivered between 10am-12pm, so waited at home - only to receive message at 10.30am that because no one was home the delivery would be re-scheduled!
Driver either went to the wrong address or simply went AWOL. Repeatedly phoned the driver throughout the day, who refused to answer the phone or reply to messages.

The guys who delivered to my father’s house were great. The order was put in on a Friday & the washing machine was delivered Saturday. No delivery fee & they took the old washer away at no cost. The best online company I have ever dealt with. I highly recommended this company to everyone
