We have bought a number of appliances from Appliances Online over the past few years, including a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, television, bar fridge, and full sized fridge. Have never had a single problem. Great prices, great products, fast and efficient delivery. And having them take away our old appliances is a great bonus.

Washing machine I purchased from them failed. Started pouring water on the floor. Waited 2 weeks for a technician who didn't even bother bringing the replacement part. Was then promised a new replacement machine... technician came back a week later and gave my machine a deep scratch to the metal with his screwdriver. They've ignored my calls and emails since and ACCC declared it a "he said she said" scenario. Avoid these liers that will just further damage property.

Excellent service. Our fridge got delivered today by two very efficient and friendly guys. They managed to take the new fridge upstairs and bring the old one down with no damage to steps ,wall or fridge !! The stairs has a turn halfway which made the task a bit difficult.

We had bought the same fridge from Harvey Norman on Sunday and the delivery people refused to take the fridge upstairs despite Harvey Norman assuring us that delivering upstairs was not a problem. They lost the sale.

The delivery is excellent, but if you have a service call it is so unorganised. I called them regarding a washing machine that is still under warranty a week ago. After a whole week, and numerous calls to them they told me to phone Bosch directly and to sort it out myself. I am very disappointed in how they handled the situation and with Bosch, I regret paying more for a “better” brand that is causing a drama to sort when there is something wrong within the first two years of having it.

Awesome customer service that left nothing to be desired.Bought an LG 450 litre bottom mount fridge plus a Siemens dishwasher; plus they gave me a discount for purchasing the 3 items ;and I did not even ask for one.!!

Also I thought that the LG refrigerator wasn't working properly as after 24 hours temp was no better tham my 18 year old Fisher & Paykel around 5 degrees.

But wait ; they were prepared to swap the fridge over and give me the benefit of the doubt !! How often does this happen !!

All I can say is to any purchaser of a new refrigerator ;give the unit at least a couple of days to "Settle in " as so to speak to reach its desired performance

Now couldn't be happier with a great unit that gets down to the setting i have around 2-3 degrees

Also this LG fridge is quality for the money ! compared to other brands at a similar price

Amazing service! My washing machine broke yesterday, I called them last night at 10:30pmm, they matched a cheaper price I saw without hesitation, and it was delivered this morning at 9:30am at no extra cost. We knew exactly what time they were coming, the delivery guys were great, took away old machine and installed new one. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

We have now purchased several appliances from appliancesonline.com.au I have chosen to call rather than purchase online and cannot speak highly enough the excellent level of service. Their phone are answered immediately, all the staff I have dealt with have been very helpful and polite. To date all products have been delivered at the time they said they would.......I have just ordered something, it took about 7-8 minutes from calling to the order being taken and confirmation the delivery will be tomorrow!
Would highly recommend.
